Feb - Our family is growing. We found out we would be having a baby, due November 7th.
Feb - October - Our lives revolved around getting ready for this new little one. We had been waiting so long. During this "9 months", we learned everything.... um, EVERYTHING about fetal development, what's happening every week, every minute in this growing little sweetheart.
October 25th, We went in for induction because I was having asthma, acid reflux, & coughing. I was ready. Ellie was not. October 26th at 9:30 pm, she was born by C-section.
October 30th, we came home from the hospital and things have been busy ever since. Ellie is getting so big! Surpirse! Babies grow fast!
The long version:
We've been wanting a baby for quite a while. When we decided to start trying to make that happen, it seemed to be taking a long time. I went to a new doctor and told him everything. I had an outpatient surgery to remove scar tissue and open things up so to speak. Six months later, we were pregnant! So approximately a year and a half of trying and God answered our prayers. His timing is perfect. We were so happy! I was one tired pregnant woman.
Here are some pictures of life happening in our world. I'll let them tell the rest of the story. I'm really hoping to keep this updated from here on out.
